“Pete” joined RealMarq in 2000, after a highly successful twenty-five year career in corporate real estate. He moved from shopping center kiosks in 1973, to mega drug stores. He rose from local real estate representative, to manager, and finally to real estate director responsible for areas from Boston, MA to Richmond, VA. Employers included Fotomat, Wendy’s International and Rite Aid Corporation. In each instance, Pete’s productivity exceeded all expectations. His experience included all aspects of the business: marketing, site selection, zoning and land use, construction and finance.

Over the last twenty years, Pete has been directly responsible for the development of hundreds of free-standing drug stores and fast food restaurants. Since joining RealMarq, Pete has added property management and residential development and construction to his prodigious skills.

Pete graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 1966 with a BA in Economics. He was an all-conference football and lacrosse player.

Pete resides in Springfield, PA, and has two children and five grandchildren.

Pete is a long-term member of the Rotary Club of Springfield, PA, where he is a past president.
